HashVault Pro OÜ ("HashVault Pro", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in Estonia (Reg. No. 16452378), with a registered office at Roosikrantsi 2, 10119 Tallinn, Estonia. We operate the website hashvaultpro.com and sell mining equipment.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment method details (processed securely by third-party payment processors — we do not store card data), and any communications you send us.

We also collect standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process and fulfill your orders; communicate about your orders and support requests; send marketing emails (only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA residents, we process data under the following legal bases: contract performance (order fulfillment), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligation (accounting, tax).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help operate our business (shipping couriers, payment processors, email platforms), and only to the extent necessary. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years as required by Estonian and EU accounting law. Marketing consent data is retained until you withdraw consent. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

1. Agreement

By accessing hashvaultpro.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and HashVault Pro OÜ, Roosikrantsi 2, 10119 Tallinn, Estonia (Reg. No. 16452378).

2. Products & Orders

All products are described in good faith. Specifications may change based on manufacturer updates. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing error. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and exclude VAT where applicable. Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, and bank wire transfer. Cryptocurrency prices are locked at the time of payment. Wire transfer orders are held until funds are received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Warranty

All units include a 6-month hardware warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from overclocking, improper power supply, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened units in original packaging. Opened units may be returned only if defective. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

HashVault Pro's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for loss of mining revenue, network downtime, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, email support@hashvaultpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Eligible Items

Items are eligible for return if they are: unused and in original packaging (for non-defective returns), or defective / not as described. Items that have been powered on for more than 24 hours are considered "used" unless defective.

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return: units damaged due to improper installation, overclocking, incorrect power supply, or physical abuse; custom-configured rigs built to order; items returned outside the 14-day window without prior written agreement.

4. Return Shipping

For defective items, HashVault Pro covers return shipping. For non-defective returns (change of mind), the buyer covers return shipping costs. Items must be shipped with a trackable method and insured for their full value.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days via the original payment method. Crypto refunds are issued at the exchange rate at the time of refund processing.

6. Warranty Claims

For items within the warranty period, defective units will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
