HashVault Pro ("HashVault Pro", "we", "us", or "our") is a company registered in Poland (Reg. No. 16452378), with a registered office at Prosta 67, 00-838 Warszawa, Poland. We sell hardware cryptocurrency wallets.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including: full name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and any communications you send us. We also collect standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: process and fulfill your orders; communicate about your orders and support requests; send marketing emails (only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time); improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For EU/EEA residents, we process data under the following legal bases: contract performance (order fulfillment), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligation (accounting, tax).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help operate our business (shipping couriers, payment processors, email platforms), and only to the extent necessary.

6. Data Retention

We retain order data for 7 years as required by Polish and EU accounting law. Marketing consent data is retained until you withdraw consent. Server logs are retained for 90 days.

1. Agreement

By accessing hashvaultpro.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and HashVault Pro, Prosta 67, 00-838 Warszawa, Poland (Reg. No. 16452378).

2. Order Requests

Order requests submitted via our website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by the seller. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel order requests at our discretion.

3. Products

All products are described in good faith. Specifications may change based on manufacturer updates. Every device ships factory-fresh and completely blank — we never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is arranged after order confirmation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Warranty

All units include a 2-year hardware warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal operating conditions. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification.

7. Limitation of Liability

HashVault Pro's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for loss of cryptocurrency, network issues, or consequential damages. We do not provide trading, brokerage, or asset management services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the following contact details:

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the device must be:

• In original, unopened packaging
• Not activated (seed phrase not generated)
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Once a device has been activated (i.e., a seed phrase has been generated on the device), it cannot be returned for security reasons. An activated device is considered used.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

5. Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely and shipped with tracking.

6. Refund Method

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at compliance@hashvault-pro.com. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We will cover return shipping costs for defective products.
